Creating a Safe Transportation Ecosystem: Primajasa Launches a Driving School

In an attempt to create a safe, comfortable, and roadworthy mode of transportation, Primajasa has proven its commitment to the public. This commitment was confirmed in an educational talk show organized by HINO at the commercial vehicle exhibition, GIICOMVEC 2026.
The event highlighted the crucial role of industry practitioners in building this land transportation ecosystem and featured experts in their respective fields, such as Bayu Permana, Director of Business and Organizational Development at Primajasa; Ahmad Wildan, Senior Investigator at the National Transportation Safety Committee (KNKT); and Pieter Andre, Head of the Training Division at PT Hino Motors Sales Indonesia.
During his presentation, Bayu Permana shared the company’s strategic perspective on safety standards. He emphasized that in building a reliable and roadworthy transportation system, there are two inseparable pillars.
“These two pillars are the combination of a well-maintained fleet and highly capable human resources (HR) to provide the best service to passengers,” explained Bayu Permana to the talk show participants.
As a concrete step to strengthen this human resource pillar, the GIICOMVEC 2026 stage also marked a historic moment for Primajasa and HINO. Primajasa officially signed a strategic cooperation agreement with HINO to collaborate on human resource development through the establishment of a Driving School program.
This Driving School program focuses on enhancing the competence and professionalism of Primajasa’s frontline service staff—namely, drivers and conductors. Through a comprehensive training curriculum, this initiative is expected to generate a new generation of reliable, disciplined drivers with a strong service orientation.
This commitment was further emphasized during a panel discussion with media representatives who attended the event. Primajasa management explained that the Driving School program represents a decisive and proactive step by the company. This is not merely about meeting operational standards, but a dedication to continuously improving service quality for the comfort and safety of all Primajasa’s loyal passengers.
Through this strategic collaboration with HINO, Primajasa hopes to continue to be a pioneer and a benchmark for a safe, reliable, and high-quality passenger transportation industry in Indonesia.
