Requirements:

• Male, 28-59 years old
• Physical: Healthy medical report/doctor’s analysis
• Able to read and write, and not color blind
  Photocopies:
  • KTP
  • SIM B1/BII Umum
  • KK\
  • Diploma (if any)
  • SKCK (valid)
  • Domicile Certificate
  • 2 2×3 Photographs (white shirt and red background)
• Paklaring:
  • 2 years working as a large bus driver
  • 2 years working as a truck/3/4
• For applicants who are former Primajasa drivers (wanting to reactivate), a cover letter from the Head of the last region they worked is required.
• Driver’s road test/practical driving test
